What is TCAP?
The Technology Capability Alignment Project (TCAP) is a program
designed to
align the research and development capabilities of Victoria’s South East
region with the technology needs of businesses within Metropolitan
Melbourne and the South East Victoria region.
The program is sponsored by
all three levels of Government.

Aims of the Program
This program aims to give local manufacturers assistance in maintaining and
improving their market-sector competitiveness through enhancement of product
quality, productivity, technical innovation and/or new product development.
How will the Program
Work
The stakeholders have
appointed Cetec Pty Ltd, who are experienced technical and industry
consultants, to provide businesses with a free consultation to discuss your ongoing

needs and then match them with the technologies, knowledge and experience of
the relevant program partner. The aim is to enable a constructive collaborative
