Technology Capability Alignment Project -TCAP

Expressions of Interest

Are you are a Small to Medium manufacturing business with a technical issue that is hindering your business potential? Are you seeking to become more competitive?

We Want To Help You

The Technology Capability Alignment Project (TCAP) is a program that aligns the research and development capabilities of Victoria’s South East region with the technology needs of businesses within Metropolitan Melbourne and the South East Victoria region.

If your business wants to uptake available technologies and knowledge so as to enhance your local, national or international competitiveness you should register your interest. Organisations such as Monash University, CSIRO and the Australian Synchrotron are now available to offer your business advanced technological assistance.

How Will the Program Help You?
This program aims to give local manufacturers assistance in maintaining and improving their market-sector competitiveness through enhancement of product quality, productivity, technical innovation and/or new product development.

The program is sponsored by all three levels of Government and the Melbourne South East Group (MSE). The MSE is a combination of local government authorities including City of Casey, City of Greater Dandenong, City of Kingston, City of Monash, City of Whitehorse, Frankston City Council, Knox City Council, Mornington Peninsula Shire Council and the Melbourne Development Board. Other supporting local government authorities are Baw Baw Shire Council and City of Melbourne Council.

The stakeholders have appointed Cetec Pty Ltd, who are experienced technical and industry consultants, to provide you with a free consultation to discuss your ongoing and future technology needs. Cetec were specifically chosen for their ability to provide independent and confidential advice. Cetec have been providing a similar service to Small and Medium businesses for over 20 years.

Cetec will listen to your needs and then match them with the technologies, knowledge and experience of the program partners, to thereafter enable a constructive collaborative technological venture to be established with your company.
