CETEC has over 20 years experience of indoor air quality and indoor environment including audits, investigations, testing and occupant satisfaction surveys. Due to our extensive knowledge and experience in indoor environment CETEC was appointed by NSW Department of Environment and Climate Change (DECC) to develop NABERS for Office Indoor Environment in 2008

On the behalf of DECC, CETEC undertook three pilot NABERS Indoor Environment ratings and two pilot NABERS Waste ratings.  CETEC has also completed official NABERS Indoor Environment and Waste ratings.

We have Accredited Assessors, skills and experience with all the NABERS ratings, our own field and laboratory equipment to DECC requirements to conduct ratings and we wholly own FORAY Laboratories a NATA accredited laboratory for analytical services.
